This is a great valued place to have your hair cut. The price is inexpensive due to the fact that they do not include shampooing/conditioning. (Although you can add it for an extra $4, which is worth it if you are going out somewhere that day.) When they send their regular coupons in the mail once you're on their mailing list, it drops the price down to $7.99! (At the one by me, at least, not including tip.) Don't let the price fool you...they still do a great job for the price! )

At this particular visit, the stylist was friendly, professional, and cut my hair just the way I wanted it.

I have been going to Great Clips in Lodi since it opened. I get a haircut every 2 weeks and tip very well. I request the same cutter. Today, I called in to make sure that she was working. I drove there only to be told that she would not be in until 1 pm. I made an appointment for 1 pm. I came back at 1 pm and waited for my cutter to finish cutting someone else's hair. I watched other customers who came in after me get called up. When my cutter took someone else ahead of me, I was done with Great Clips. The person she took probably called in ahead, but I had an appointment and other cutters were standing around waiting for customers. I was taken for granted because they know I come back regularly. Well, they lost a good customer and good tipper.
